    Dr. Bellamy Carter Brook

    Dr. Bellamy Carter Brook is a Board-Certified, Long-Island trained family practice physician with over 14 years' of medical experience on the East End, specializing in family and urgent care medicine. Dr. Brook received his medical degree from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is currently the Medical Director of Peconic Landing, a continuing care retirement community, which has received national recognition for excellence. Dr. Brook is a hospital staff member at Peconic Bay Medical Center and Eastern Long Island Hospital.

    Dr. Patricia Nicholas

    Dr. Patricia Nicholas has been serving the Wading River community for the past 12 years.  As a Podiatrist, she specializes in comprehensive Podiatric Footcare especially Diabetes.  She is a 1993 graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine.  She completed a residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center.  She is the incoming Treasurer of the New York State Podiatric Medical Association.  She is also the Podiatry Practice Committee Chair of the Worker’s Compensation Board.  Diplomate American Academy of Wound Management was conferred in 2001. She is on staff at Peconic Bay Medical Center.  She is also known for a charitable work as the President of Kindest Hearts Foundation



    NICOLE AUCLAIR-MASONE acquired her Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College School of Health Sciences in Mineola, New York in 2003. She holds certifications in the National Commission Certification of Physician Assistants, DEA, ACLS, BLS, PALS and infection Control.  Nicole also has a New York State Registration Certification and License.  She is a Member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and New York State Society of Physician Assistants.  She has worked in the various medical areas since 2004, which included Emergency Medicine and Family medicine for 12 years, Pre-surgical Testing and Coumadin Clinic. She is experienced in assessment, treatment and prevention of illnesses and diseases. Nicole also provides services for home bound patients including physical work up, routine care, wound care, IV hydration and lab work. Nicole has received many Awards and Honors; Staff Achievement Award, Staff Excellence Award and 2-Year Scholarship, Service First Award and Employee of the Month on multiple occasions.  Nicole is also a volunteer for The Guardian Rescue center for neglected animals.
